12/14/2007 - Eliminated legislative language that would have imposed retroactive tax liability on our biofuel client. This provision would have cost our client millions of dollars in back taxes over the last 4 years had the language been left intact. Moreover, the biofuel tax credit has been extended for two years, allowing our client to continue to realize this tax credit. |
